Why SemperConnect?

As someone who has worked in healthcare systems across the globe, one consistent challenge I have seen is in society’s ability to effectively care for aging members of their communities. My vision for SemperConnect is that we build a model that addresses the key gaps in the Canadian healthcare system to ensure the ability of Seniors to age with independence at-home.
